The Firm of Gianforcaro Architects, Engineers and Planners was established to provide architectural, engineering and planning services to Boards of Education in the State of New Jersey.
The Firm was first established in 1976 to provide Consulting Engineering services to School Boards of Education, municipalities, private and industrial firms, county authorities, commissions, federal bureaus, insurance companies and forensics engineering service for the legal profession.
The Firm has been practicing as Consulting Engineers for over thirty-three (33) years. The Firm became Gianforcaro Architects Engineers and Planners in 1997. The Firm has been, and continues to be, engaged in the design of architecture, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, along with the Preparation of Feasibility Studies, Reports, Cost Estimates and Engineering Testimony for the Judicial System.
The Firm is serving Boards of Education in the design of school building additions, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, electrical, fire alarm systems and life safety.
As Site Engineers the Firm prepares site plans, land acquisitions, parking lots, service roads, storm drainage, roadways and site lighting.
As Stadium Engineers the Firm prepares plans for artificial turf for high school playing fields along with running tracks for high schools. The Firm is also involved in the design of bleachers, press boxes and field lighting.
The Firm provides structural steel design, reinforce concrete design and on-site sewage disposal system designs.
In order to provide integrated services necessary for professionally executed projects, the Firm is associated with the consultants required to assist on special phases of a project, where it may be desirable.
